Best school districts around, good walking paths nearby.
Most pets are fine, back yard is fully fenced and great for kids or pets.
I live in the house next door and I mostly looking for chill neighbors. I feel this is a well-above-average house at a below-average rate. Good neighborhood, but you already know that if you're looking in this area.
Just about anything except the no smoking policy is negotiable.
