Utilities: I cover the cost of Electric, Water and Internet with certain limits Electric -- Up to $200 is paid for Water/Sewer -- Up to $85 is covered Internet -- Hotwire Internet and TV. Basic TV & Internet is paid. Any special programming, movies, sports channels etc is to be paid by tenant. Tenant must inform landlord ahead of time if you are going to access additional programming in a given month as I do not get a physical paper bill and do not check the account online as it is automatically paid. So I would not learn about additional service charges until the bill incurred a late charge. Pool maintenance & Lawncare : Paid by landlord I was unable to type in the following information under FEES. State of FL charges a 3% seasonal tax for rentals under 6 months. Obviously that is calculated based on the monthly rent so I can't enter a specific amount of money.
