Community offers a seasonal pool and two year round hot tubs. Sorry no pets. Lease terms must be a minimum of 3 months. Owner covers water, cable, trash/recycling, HOA fee, and internet. Home is fully furnished and 1 or two closets may remain locked and are not accessible to tenant. There is a seasonal pool and two year round hot tubs in the community.
