Hi All, I'm currently looking for a female roommate to occupy 2 rooms in my 3-bedroom 1-bathroom condo lease. One room could be used as a nice bedroom where the other could make a comfy office, lounge or storage space. I'm looking for someone who is responsible, tidy and respectful. Please review rent options below ranging from $1150-$1650. There is one updated bathroom in the condo, a corner deck with a beautiful view, and a spacious, open kitchen/living room area. Minerals Resort and Spa is a short drive away at the front of the community for gym and pool access. Additionally there is a private community pool for $40 per month. Initial property showing and meeting with landlord are required. Move in July 10th-12th. There are 3 bedrooms in the condo: Master $950 1st Upstairs room $700 2nd Upstairs room $650 (smallest) Or: Even split $1150 each Tenant 1: Master + upstairs storage shared Tenant 2: (full loft) room 1 + room 2 + upstairs storage Please reach out with any inquiries.
