Points will be awarded for: Submitting a portfolio Commitment to craft/art Commitment to community involvement Level of experience/training. CREATIVE ENGAGEMENT CENTER The ground floor will offer a public-use space to foster the creative entrepreneurial spirit. Designed as flex space, the CEC will be able to host gallery space, meeting space, presentation resources, and a storefront with first preference to residents.
