About the building
Let me just first say, you're going to love living here! How do I know you will love it?… Because I have owned the place since 2013, I loved it while I was living there, and each time (I've rented it to 3 different people now), my renters have absolutely loved it. Why? I could say that it's in the most absolute best location in SF where it's super safe and clean, with good enough parking, but also, very central to every neighborhood so actually end up utilizing all of the city. Or I could talk about the community in the building, and neighborhood, and how for an urban city, it's got to be one of the friendliest, taken care of places available. But honestly, I think it's just the unit itself; it's got winner energy. Like while I lived here, I ended up really just peaking in my life, and each tenant I've had, somehow ends up crushing it in their career, and so far they meet a guy, have a baby, and move out to something better, and then they write me these sentimental emails about how their time at the condo was so special lol. I think it's just hard to live there and feel depressed, there are incredible views from every window, the sun and light filled in the unit is incomparable, just kind of makes you feel alive and good. I don't know, I am obviously sharing my experience and feedback I have received, but I would suggesting stopping by to see the place and let me know what you think.
So, it's technically a studio, but it has a sleeping alcove, and a separate dining area/kitchen. I personally think it's only good for one person, but each time anyone has ever lived there, it's been a couple (other than when I lived there). Just did a fresh paint on the walls, and some minor repairs and upgrades, so it is ready for a new tenant.
Let's see, dogs/cats are allowed. 0n-site aundry in the basement. We have a bike storage locker. There is additional storage for my unit, I'd say about 5x5 on the first floor which can hold a lot. There are cameras all around the building. There is a camera remote intercom at front door where you can issue guest login, or see who is at the door from your phone app. Like it's so safe. Also, the neighbors are great. I am flexible on the lease, in other words, I would be open to something short term. Oh, and there is the 1 bus right in front of the unit which takes you straight to Fidi, so don't really need a car here. It doesn't have parking, but there is street parking that's not metered and I've never had a problem. AMA if you have any other questions, but honestly happy to just meet you there and show the place. PS Alta plaza park is close by, there is a cute local library 2 blocks away, and awesome running routes to either Lands End Trail direction or the beach through the Presidio depending on if you want easy flat run or some pretty rolling hills, bonus! you can do sprints by Nancy Pelosi's house (she's like 4 blocks away) or morning strolls by the Full House house on your way to coffee (it's like 2 blocks). I am living with my gf in NOPA so can stop by to show the place pretty much anytime.
