Lease terms

A refundable security deposit of $150 is required. The deposit will be returned within 3-7 business days after check-out, less any deductions for damages, missing property, excessive cleaning, unpaid resort charges, or other costs for which the Renter is responsible.The Renter agrees to comply with all resort rules and policies, including those regarding parking, smoking, pets, quiet hours, pool use, and common areas. Any fines or penalties resulting from the Renter's actions shall be the responsibility of the Renter.The Renter shall present valid government-issued identification at check-in and comply with all resort registration requirements.Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Renter is responsible for all incidental charges incurred during the stay, including but not limited to parking fees, room service, telephone charges, activity fees, and any charges imposed by the resort.The Renter accepts the unit in good condition and agrees to return it in substantially the same condition, excluding ordinary wear and tear. The Renter is responsible for any damage caused by the Renter or the Renter's guests during the rental period.The Owner is not responsible for travel delays, airline cancellations, weather events, utility interruptions, resort amenity closures, or circumstances beyond the Owner's reasonable control. The Renter assumes responsibility for the safety and conduct of all occupants during the rental period.
