Lease terms

This is a 9 1/2 month lease Sept,2024 through June30, 2025 despite Zillow format that does not have ability to check off anything but 12 month lease so sorry if that causes confusion but it is a 9 1/2 month lease as I use my home July and August every year! Renter pays utilities. First month, last month and$400 security deposit required at the signing of the 9 1/2month lease. Background check will be required .The lawn is mowed by a service and is paid for by the landlord. The street is a narrow private drive so the street is plowed by a neighbor, The Renter is responsible for snow removal of his/her own parking space and keeping the front entrance door shoveled as well as the deck if snow accumulates over 4 ". No smoking in the house and No pets of any kind allowed in the house or on the grounds including visiting pets , no exceptions. .( I live in the house for the 2 months of the summer and have severe life threatening allergies.) There is 1parking space, it is a narrow private drive so occasional visitors have to park up the street 5 houses away when available. It is fully furnished and the furniture cannot be removed. Patio furniture must be stored in the basement prior to the first snowfall. No docks or boats allowed.( 4 single kayaks are available ( use at your own risk)
