The master bedroom is also rented out but he only uses his master bathroom & he only uses common areas for laundry and occasional trips to kitchen (he even enters/exits the house through garage door, which is next to his bedroom) - also, he has a home in St. George so you'll rarely see or hear him. Owner & mstr bedroom renter are mid-50s, male, professionals. Owner works from home. Looking for clean, polite professional with full time (not from home) job, easy to get along with, 700+ fico score. Includes utilities. Garage parking space optional/negotiable (or can park on the RV parking area alongside the house). Unfurnished unless you want to use the twin bed, nightstand, and desk that are there now. Owner is home most of the time.

Looking for long term with renters who are very responsible, communicative, and have experience taking care of $1M+ homes & keeping them in excellent shape. No scammers or agencies. Must have good credit, rental history, and proof of income - if not, don't waste your time or mine please.
