It's a short drive to local shops and restaurants, and close to numerous hiking trails, swimming holes, and seasonal activities in the Roxbury, NY area.
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and the guest count must match the reservation. No smoking is permitted indoors, and no pets are allowed. Rural, mountainous roads can be unpredictable during snow season (October-April), and AWD, FWD, or 4WD vehicles with all-weather tires are recommended. The driveway is plowed and shoveled every 3-4 inches of snow. Guests are advised to bring salt if needed. There is limited or no cell service; WiFi calling is recommended, and arrival details should be saved in advance. The property is on a private well and septic system, so water should be used conservatively and only toilet paper should be flushed. Guests should be aware of local wildlife and should not leave food or trash outside or unattended indoors. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Changes to check-in or check-out times may be available outside of holidays and peak seasons with advance notice and approval, and may include an additional fee.
