The hot tub, pool lights, and sauna are currently out of service. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. An additional nightly rate applies for 7+ guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a $500 fine. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed, and cigarette butts must be properly disposed of. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Check-in time is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund and loss of any security deposit.
