Please note that the hot tub, pool lights, and sauna are currently out of service. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, and a violation will incur a $500 fine. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed, but please ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of. There is an additional nightly rate for 7+ guests, with a $39 per guest per night charge starting from the seventh guest. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, and bringing, storing, or using any weapon will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to authorities. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out is at 10:00 AM maximum. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property. All cars must be parked in the property's garage and/or driveway; street parking is strictly forbidden. Garbage pickup is on specific days, and guests will be informed the night before to leave trash out from 7 PM onwards. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. Any violation of house rules could cost part of or the entire security deposit and even non-refundable cancellation of the reservation, depending on the severity of the violation.
The garage has been remodeled as a game room. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7, and there are no cameras inside the house.
