This stunning unfurnished 2/2.5 townhome is located in Woods Edge South (WES), a quiet, close-knit community of graduate and dental students, medical… residents, and young professionals. Located 3 miles from UF campus, Shands Hospital, the dental school, and the College of Public Health (roughly 8-15 min drive depending on traffic). If you find it easier to use the RTS bus system, our community is just steps away from a covered bus stop for routes 34, 35, 36, 37, and 800x.

Parking is by decal only. The assigned spot for this unit is an end parking spot (great for those who want to make sure their car is protected from dings and excessive traffic). Your parking spot is also about 6 feet from your front door. It does not get any easier!
