If renting just one bedroom, the other room will be rented to another compatible tenant. $1,600/room. The rest of the home is shared, and I genuinely want it to feel like your home too. You're welcome to enjoy the kitchen, dining room, living room, yards, pool, and garage. My bedroom and bathroom are downstairs off the foyer and across from the stairwell, creating a natural balance of privacy for both of us. Note that there are no shared bathrooms on the main floor.
