Lease terms

*All pets welcome, no bread restrictions beyond city and state requirements. One-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 (only paid once, Max 3 pets). *Upon lease signing: First month rent ($2,745) + rental deposit ($2,500) and pet fee (if applicable, $250) *Lawn care is the responsibility of tenant, lawn mower is provided, care for mower is responsibly of tenant. *Utilities are responsibility of tenant; to be transferred by tenant at lease commencement. All adults 18yrs+ required to be on the lease. Any application fees to be paid for by tenant; apply through Zillow. (The rental leasing cannot be held).
