Home is located in a quiet, older neighborhood that is very family oriented where the residents look out for one another. We are a very busy, yet low-key family with school, jobs and weekend sports taking up a lot of our time. Rent is $1000/month, security deposit $1000. Includes all utilities and high-speed internet. Does not include cable TV or any streaming services. Single female roommates only. No couples. No pets. No smoking. Required application fee of $35 which includes background check. Available immediately! Move in this month for a prorated August rent with a 1-year lease officially starting September 1st. Full security deposit $1000 + prorated August rent are due at lease signing before moving in. PLEASE NOTE: To protect your time and money, do not attempt to submit an application upfront. Because this room shares common spaces with myself and my daughters, I require a brief phone introduction and an in-person viewing of the room first.
