If you want to bring your own furniture, the price is still the same, but we can "unfurnish" the room as per your desire. There is no time limit on the length you can reside. We can customize your needs on your stay and your furnishings. We do not allow convicted criminals with any type of sexual assault felonies. We do require a valid drivers and an equal to rent deposit, along with current proof of employment.
