Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. If smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. occurs in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged. Parties and events are prohibited unless prior approval is obtained. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings. A $100 charge applies for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book and will be required to sign a rental agreement. Guests are asked to treat all towels and linens with care; a replacement fee will be charged for items stained or damaged beyond repair.
