MONTHLY RENT: $2,195/month. Rent includes all utilities, high-speed Starlink internet, EV charging, professional landscaping, hot tub maintenance, and bi-weekly professional housekeeping. LEASE TERM: Fully furnished mid-term housing with a 30-day minimum stay and a 90-day maximum initial lease term. Renewal opportunities may be available based on occupancy schedules and mutual agreement. MOVE-IN COSTS: First month's rent ($2,195), refundable security deposit ($2,195), and a one-time non-refundable departure cleaning fee of $350. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: All adult occupants (18+) must complete an application and background screening through RentRedi. Applicants should demonstrate a combined gross monthly income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent and a minimum credit score of 680. OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy is two adults. The primary leaseholder must be at least 25 years of age and reside in the home throughout the lease term. CORPORATE & INSURANCE HOUSING: Corporate-sponsored leases and insurance temporary housing (ALE) placements are welcome. Please inquire regarding entity documentation requirements. LOCAL APPLICANTS: This home is intended for mid-term housing needs. Applicants whose primary residence is within Washington County, Tennessee, or approximately 30 miles of Jonesborough are generally not eligible. PROPERTY POLICIES: This is a smoke-free and pet-free property. Active renter's insurance is required prior to move-in.
