I own this home and I manage it personally, and I am a very kind, compassionate person with lots of integrity. * No carpet anywhere! * No cats or dogs (other pets negotiable). * This is definitely a non-smoking house and yard! (cigarettes). There is a separate unit in the basement (a legal ADU, which stands for Accessory Dwelling Unit, built w/ a City of Boulder permit).
