We use Zillow applications and do not charge an application fee. No pet rent, fully refundable pet deposit, no puppies or kittens, adult pets only, 2 dogs max. Owner will need pet references and in-person meeting. Excessive barking will be a breach of the lease, this is a peaceful location. No housemates/roomates/short term subleasing. Tenant will professionally steam clean carpets at end of lease. Tenant will do basic yard maintenance including lawn mowing with owner provided lawnmower. Owner will require liability release for use of beach stairs.
