This condo features a cozy living area with vaulted ceilings, southern exposure, and a gas fireplace. Relax on your private balcony and enjoy great views of the surrounding mountains and Yampa Valley. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware and utensils, with ample counter space that doubles as a dining or workspace seating up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two full beds, and the loft has two twin beds. A queen sleeper sofa is also available in the living room.
Shared laundry facilities and a ski locker are included. Parking is available in the lot. Trailers and RVs are not permitted.
Northstar is conveniently located in the mountain village area, less than a mile from the base of the ski area. Walk less than a quarter mile to the free bus that serves the ski resort and downtown. The Mountain Sneak trail, which leads directly to the gondola, shops, bars, and groceries, begins a short distance from the building. Emerald Mountain and Fish Creek Falls offer hiking and snowshoeing trails within 6.5 miles, and the Strawberry Hot Springs are a short distance away.
This is a non-smoking property, and any violation of this policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are allowed unless written approval has been provided prior to booking. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property to ensure security and safety. For lengthy stays of more than one week, a mid-stay cleaning fee may apply for each subsequent week. Discounts are available for lengthy stays.
The loft is accessed by a ladder and should only be used by older children and adults. Each bedroom has convenient built-in drawers with a desk and a full closet for easy storage.
