Lease terms

This property is currently tenant-occupied. Updated interior photos will be uploaded once the current lease ends (5/31/26) and the home has been professionally cleaned. New carpeting and final touch-ups will be completed prior to new tenant occupancy. This home is offered on a 12-month lease (longer terms may be considered upon request). Rent is due on the 1st of each month with a grace period until the 5th, after which a late fee may apply. Security deposit is typically equal to one month's rent, due at signing. Utilities: Tenants are responsible for electricity, gas, & cable/internet. HOA fees are covered by the owner. Pets: Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional pet deposit and/or monthly pet rent. Smoking: This is a no-smoking property. Maintenance: Tenants are responsible for basic upkeep and minor maintenance (light bulbs, air filters, etc.), while the owner handles major repairs. Parking: 1 Car garage attached to the back of the house, 1 visitor parking sticker permitted to park in the neighborhood. Early termination: Early lease termination may result in fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
