Lease terms

Minimum 12-month lease. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity, gas, water, sewer, garbage, and internet. No smoking is permitted inside the home. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require an additional pet deposit and/or monthly pet rent. Lease agreement will also include an additional cleaning fee due upon move-out. Tenants are required to pay the first month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit prior to move-in. All adult occupants residing in the home must complete a background and credit screening, and applicants are responsible for any associated screening fees. Proof of renters insurance is required and must be maintained throughout the lease term.
