The owners supply water and fast internet service and will maintain the courtyard and all outside areas. Optional furnishings include a queen size bed, shelves, a chest of drawers, 2 desks and file cabinet, a leather couch, a futon couch/bed, dining table & chairs, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. Our carriage house has its own address, its own street fronting, and the tenant is given one off-street parking space. The convenient location is 2 blocks from a quick-to-downtown bus stop, 12 blocks from the Main/McGowan St. train station, 1 mile from downtown, 2 miles from Rice U., 3 miles from U. Houston, and 3 miles from the Med Center. It is available now for a gentle non-smoking tenant or couple. (It is not well configured for roommates). If you have a pet, we can talk about it, but a medium to large dog needs a different home.
