Whether you are coming in from enjoying the surf at Holden Beach or if you're returning from a hard day's work in Shallotte, Southport, or Calabash, Pirate Lover at Holden Beach has the location and features that are sure to please. This is a well-enhanced single wide home. At the front of the home we've added a sunroom, with lots of nice windows. Then, you enter into the kitchen, then the living room, hallway, and two bedrooms and bathroom. In the past year, we've redone all of the floors, taken out carpet and installed nice, thick laminate. We also put a laminate floor in the bathroom, and installed a walk-in shower. The walls are all new, as well. The house was good even before these improvements- used for several years as an AirBnB vacation rental. The home has vinyl siding and a metal roof, both added by us. It's in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood, good for walking. You can see the waterway at the end of the road, and can hear the ocean from our house on quiet evenings. The house is completely enclosed by a chain-linked fence. Four minutes from the house to parking at Holden Beach. Lots of grocery and food delivery options to the house.
