ALL ADULTS THAT WILL BE RESIDING IN APARTMENT MUST APPLY. Side door under cranberry-colored awning. (M-F 8:30am - 4:30pm) - No appointment needed. Please bring with you: * Your Photo ID * Your proof of income, like a check stub or your Social Security Awards Letter if applicable (NOT a bank statement). *Application must be approved before a showing (approximately 2-3 business days to process). Weeks run Friday - Thursday, rent being due each Friday that starts the week. $920 to move in with APPROVED APPLICATION (First Week's Rent, Last Week's Rent, and $20 Lock Change Fee) Coin-op washer and dryer on the 2nd floor.
