The laundry room is also large enough to store your bikes if you like to ride. - Down the hall, our 2 bedrooms consist of two new and extremely comfortable Tempurpedic beds -1 queen bed and 1 double bed! - The full bathroom is just a few steps from the bedrooms and this is where you'll find a great bathtub/shower combo and newly updated, navy blue herringbone flooring. - AT&T Fiber WiFi is available and it's the fastest you can get! We also have an ethernet connection that you can use if you bring your cord. - There is a Smart TV located in the living room that you can easily access all your favorite streaming channels! This home is located not far from downtown Athens and Sanford Stadium. The Oconee River Greenway, Trail Creek Park, and The Butterfly Trail are super close to our home! They include a great splash pad for kids and a wonderful mountain biking trail. These are the perfect spots for adventurers at heart! There is a shared driveway on this property, so please make sure to park on the dirt pad in the front yard or park directly behind the house. The driveway will need to be accessible to the guests in the garage unit. Guests will receive a door code the day prior or the morning of their reservation. There are 2 properties on the premise. Guest will only have access to the main house as shown in the pictures. A car will most likely be needed. There is also a bus that stops nearby. Uber and Lyft are also accessible.
