Jun 4, 2020Loved the property but the neighborhood is not particularly exciting. Right next to the freeway and no coffee shops, restaurants, etc. near by.

Nov 3, 2021I have been living at town 29 for the last two years. Unfortunately the leasing office does not treat their tenants with respect. They have extortive practices. I'm about to move out but they are asking me to pay $250 for deep cleaning, $140 for steam carpet cleaning and about $450 for wall paint. The apartment is in a very good condition and there is nothing beyond usual wear and tear; however they do not care. Unfortunately they are lying to my face by telling me that the bathrooms need paint and I cannot find a single scratch. I've never seen anywhere asking for steam cleaning fee and wall paint fee. This is terrible business practice against tenants and is illegal. Beware before moving in here. So I will lose my entire security deposit $600 and maybe they will charge me even more. I told them this is illegal and they should show proof of more than regular wear and tear in order to charge me for wall paint and carpet cleaning. But they don't care because stealing tenant deposit is their business practice. And the leasing managers cannot go against their own company's illegal practices. See other comments. It's pathetic and unfortunate.
