Well water and septic is included in the Duke energy bill. Spectrum Fiber internet available. Owner pays trash. Driveway and parking (3 dedicated spots) is shared with a 2/1 cottage next door (a couple with a cat). Laundry is located at the back of the house with a separate entrance for them. Looking for a year lease and then we'll automatically go month-to-month after that. Ideally you're a long-term tenant, but I understand that life changes.
