It is ideal for a group of 3-5 flatmates(or a single family) who would not mind hanging in the yard/common space, be connected within the house, share laundry; but also wants some separate living/cooking quarters. We would only rent to a group of tenants together under one lease that you are jointly responsible for. It would also be ideal if you are looking to liven up the yard and use it to practice some green thumb(right now it is artificial turf) There is one off street parking and the rest is street parking.
