Requirements: 1. Anyone 18+ must apply. 2. Application fee is $59.99 per applicant. 3. Tenant must maintain renters insurance policy. 4. No prior evictions, recent felonies or other unmet requirements. 5. CS: 550-610 (2-month security deposit). *Can also waive credit check 6. CS: 611 (1-month security deposit). 7. Proof of income required (60-days worth of bank statements). 8. 2-character references (previous landlord, and current supervisor preferred). Frequently asked questions: 1) Do you accept vouchers? Yes, we do. Our goal is to support a diverse group of tenants. 2) Do you accept pets? How much is the pet fee? Is it monthly, annually or one time? Yes, we do accept pets. Our pet fee is $480.00 per pet (one time fee). 3) Do you conduct a background check/credit check? Yes, we do; however, your application will not be denied solely on background, nor credit score itself. 4) If my credit score is low, how will that impact your decision to approve me? If credit score is below 611, you will be required to submit a 2-month security deposit. 5) What appliances are included in the rental? Stove. (Refrigerator is negotiable). 6) Do you have an application fee? if so, how much? $59.99 per person (18 years old or older). 7) Can I apply without viewing? No, all potential tenants are expected to view the property in person (or virtual tour). 8) Once application is submitted, how long is the process? A minimum of 72 hours.
