Lease terms

Tenant Responsibilities and Lease Terms Utilities: Tenant shall be responsible for payment of all utilities associated with the Premises, including but not limited to electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash removal, internet, and cable services, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Landlord. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including but not limited to tobacco, marijuana, vaping, or e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the Premises, including common areas. Maintenance and Cleanliness: Tenant shall maintain the Premises in a clean, sanitary, and safe condition at all times. Tenant is responsible for the prompt removal of trash and proper disposal of waste. If an infestation occurs due to Tenant's negligence, the Tenant may be held responsible for extermination costs.
