CUE bus stop is seconds from our door. - Vienna, Va, #3 in Money Magazine's Top 50 Places to Live One cozy 10' x 9' room available in a sunny, three-level, four bedroom, tastefully furnished townhouse, living with cool, young(ish) women in just-far-enough-from-DC Vienna, Virginia - walking distance to the Vienna Metro Station (less than 10 min. - honest!), with short hops by car to I-66, 495, and 123. A GMU CUE bus stop is just steps from our door, and Vienna's Tysons Corner, Nottoway Park, Jammin Java, and the historic W&OD bike/running trail are all nearby. The room has a closet, butterscotch oak hardwood floors, a window overlooking our back patio, and you'll naturally have free run of the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room as well. The room itself is bare - *not* furnished - and on the small side. (To give you a sense, a twin bed, small desk, and dresser will fit.) Including yourself, four people will live here in total, but you would share your bathroom with just one person, an awesome foreign service officer who frequently travels. Rent is $650. Your share of the utilities would be an additional one-fourth the total of our power, gas, water, high-speed wireless internet: the total typically runs about $100, give or take. Parking is available, either in front of the house or on a conveniently located safe side street just outside the cul-de-sac. Housemates are three fairly busy girls who are professionals (whatever that means :) and we're looking for people like us: college grads, non-smoking, non-dramatic, most-of-the-time-happy people with a steady (at least, through, the term of the lease) job and with enough developed sense of selflessness to pitch in and help us keep the place clutter as well as drama-free. Doing your own dishes and throwing out your food when it expires is super-important - if you understand that, we want you as a housemate! Also no smokers, pets, or couples, please. Sorry.
