Each pet-friendly apartment is fully furnished with a modern furniture package and includes all major appliances including washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. High-speed internet, water, trash and sewer service are all included in your regular monthly rental installment. We are located about 2 minutes from the main entrance to WSU's campus and directly across from the WSU Metroplex! The WSU campus shuttle pick-up and drop-off is right across the street from our community, making your commute to class simple.
