Lease terms

$2,225/month annual rental. First and last months' rent plus $2,225 security deposit required prior to move-in. One (1) pet permitted with landlord approval (cat or small dog only; breed restrictions apply). Tenants are responsible for utilities and lawn mowing. Section 8 not accepted. Tenant qualifications: -Absolutely no criminal record or past/pending eviction(s). -Net monthly income must be at least 3x the rent amount. ($6,675/ month). -Verifiable employment/income or proof of funds. -First/last months' rent and security deposit must be paid and cleared prior to lease signing. -Non-smoking/vaping property (no smoking inside OR outside) -Credit/background checks required for all adult occupants. -Credit score 650 or above preferred. -Positive rental history or prior home ownership.
