This condo requires climbing one flight of stairs to access. This condo features comfy furniture, tasteful decor, and an open-concept living room with 2-story vaulted ceilings. The living room boasts comfortable leather furniture, a gas fireplace with a stone surround, a large HDTV, and access to a covered balcony with padded chairs. The dining room includes a table with matching chairs and a buffet table. The kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. The main level bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser, HDTV, large closet, and direct access to a full bathroom. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, large closet, vaulted ceilings, and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has four twin-size beds (two bunk beds). The upstairs bathroom is a Jack and Jill style, accessible from either upstairs bedroom. Discounts are available for lengthy stays and on ski & snowboard rentals. Parking is available in an outdoor lot for up to two vehicles; spaces are not assigned or reserved. Trailers are not allowed per HOA guidelines, but nearby parking options exist. Professional concierge services are available. Timber Run is located 0.5 miles from the center of Steamboat Ski Resort. During ski season, a complimentary private shuttle is available to take you to and from the slopes, looping to Gondola Square. From Gondola Square, you can easily walk around the mountain village or use the free city bus for transportation around town. The slopes are walkable, and the Mountain Sneak trail, a paved and plowed sidewalk, leads directly to Gondola Square. Parking at the ski area is free. This is a non-smoking property. Violation of the non-smoking policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are allowed unless specifically approved in writing prior to booking. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras exist on the exterior of the property, covering all entrances and exits. For lengthy stays of more than one week, a mid-stay cleaning fee may apply for each subsequent week. All adults in the rental group must be at least 30 years old, unless they are directly related to an adult over 30. Groups with any adults younger than 30 must inquire for approval before booking. Triple Crown groups or any group visiting for an athletic event must inquire for approval before booking. No pets or emotional support animals are allowed. Bona fide service animals are permitted with prior notification. Guests are responsible for the costs of additional housekeeping or maintenance services if the home is left in a state of abnormal or excessive disorder. The reserving party is responsible for informing all guests of restrictions and rules. Properties are subject to remodeling, redecorating, wear and tear, and upgrades from pictures.
