There is a partially-covered deck on the north and east sides of the unit (~500 square feet), and a small (~1500 square feet) fenced yard to the west. The stove top is propane, the oven is electric. Heating is electric with a large propane fireplace in the living room, and there is a small laundry room with a washer and dryer. Early move-in may be possible.
