There is a well maintained and challenging 9 hole par 3 golf course laced with water features. The first hole and the association's clubhouse are less than 100 yards out the front door. Between the backyard pool and the golf course's first hole are 6 tennis courts viewable from the garage right across the street. There are miles of walking trails with nice views throughout the neighborhood. Nice turf in the backyard with a canopy and shade trees.
The house has laminate flooring throughout, stainless appliances, large windows overlooking the backyard, two double door entrances to the back yard and another pair overlooking the backyard from the large master bedroom's balcony. The master bathroom has a very large shower and a jetted tub. There is a mudroom left of the front door with a sky light. The bonus is a giant lofted closet overlooking the living room with room for a desk or a small seating area as well.
The owner will transfer access to neighborhood amenities after one month.
