BBQ Grills must be Placed Minimum 3 Feet from Structure. Tenant is required to Keep Waste & Debris in Waste Containers. Tenant must Maintain Perimeter Clean And Respectful. No more than 2 Passenger Vehicles Registered, Licensed, Insured and Maintained . No Automobile Loud Mufflers Permitted. No Mechanical Repairs are Authorized on or in Street. No Recreational Vehicles Authorized. Absolutely NO Subletting Authorized. Company / Family /Visitors can stay as a Guest for Maximum 2 Weeks. Basement Storage Must be on Racks. No Direct Basement Floor Storage. 1st month- Last Month + Security Deposit Required At Signing of Lease Agreement. Misc. Fees Noted in Listing to Include PET and Administrative Fees Noted.
