The main living area seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining, and living room. The living room boasts comfortable furniture, including a sleeper sofa, and a two-sided fireplace. Entertainment is provided by a large HDTV with built-in surround sound and an assortment of books and games. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a travertine tile backsplash, beautiful cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range and oven. A peninsula bar with seating for three offers a casual spot for meals or work. The dining table comfortably seats 8 to 10 guests. All four bedrooms are well-appointed with high-quality beds and linens, large windows facing the ski mountain, and HDTVs. Bedroom 1 and 2 are king and queen-size suites respectively, each with a private bathroom featuring dual sinks and an oversized jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower in Bedroom 1. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and its own bathroom with an oversized shower. Bedroom 4 is a bunk room with a double-over-double bunk bed and a twin bed, also with an HDTV.
Enjoy a free private shuttle service during ski season for convenient transportation around town. Access to four different pools, including one conveniently located out back and an indoor/outdoor pool, is available. Shared amenities include a large clubhouse with lounge areas, locker rooms, tennis courts (summer only), a fitness center, sauna, and conference space. One assigned and reserved parking space is available in the heated underground parking garage, with additional unassigned parking in the underground area, and covered and uncovered parking spaces across the street by the clubhouse. Trailers are not allowed.
This property enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of the Mountain Village, offering easy walking access to the slopes, shops, restaurants, and groceries. The "Mountain Sneak" trail is conveniently located nearby, leading directly to the slopes in approximately 150 meters. Steamboat Square, the resort's base area, is just about 250 meters away, providing access to lifts, ski school, restaurants, bars, and various activities. The surrounding area is adjacent to a national forest, offering direct access to hiking and biking trails, including the Mountain Sneak trail, Mt. Werner trail, and Burgess Creek trail, which connect to the Yampa River Core Trail leading to downtown Steamboat.
This is a non-smoking property, and any violation of the smoking policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are permitted unless written approval has been provided prior to booking. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property to ensure security and guest honesty. All adults in the rental group must be at least 30 years old, unless they are directly biologically related to an adult over 30. Groups with adults younger than 30 must inquire for approval before booking. Triple Crown, bachelor/bachelorette groups, music festival attendees, or groups visiting for athletic events are not allowed. No pets or emotional support animals are permitted on the property or grounds. Bona fide service animals are permitted with prior notification. For lengthy stays of more than one week, a mid-stay cleaning fee may apply for each subsequent week. Access is provided 24/7 via a lockbox. If the elevator is not in service, there are two flights of stairs to the ground floor pool area and three flights to the heated underground parking.
