Lease terms

Renters are responsible for all utilities including gas, electricity, internet, water, sewer and trash. Pet deposit is $350, with $200 nonrefundable pet fee. Please note the following: 1. No smoking allowed on this property (including outdoor area). 2. The lease will be at least 12 months. Longer lease term is available. 3. Renters should follow the city regularizations including the water usage limit. Renters should be responsible for any penalty caused by violation of city regularizations. 4. Renters must buy and maintain a liability insurance policy during the entire lease term. Insurance coverage must be approved by the landlord. 5. Renters should park in the garage and driveway of this property. Parking on street is not granted and the landlord is not responsible for any parking violations on the street. 6. Condition forms will be provided upon move in and renters are encouraged to fill them out. When renters move out, the landlord will inspect the property again. Renters are responsible to pay for any damage on the property during the lease term. If the property is not clean when renters move out, the renters are subjected to a cleaning fee.
