Lease terms

The tenant is responsible for all electric and water utilities throughout the lease term. Additionally, the tenant is required to maintain the yard, including regular mowing, weeding, and general upkeep of the outdoor space. Per the lease terms, rent payments must be made through electronic debit from the tenant's financial institution. The tenant is responsible for paying the rent through a monthly invoicing arrangement to ensure timely monthly rent payments. The tenant is also responsible for ensuring that trash cans are properly stored in the designated area at the back of the house to comply with HOA regulations and avoid any associated fees. Any fines incurred due to improper trash storage will be the tenant's responsibility. All other terms and conditions of the lease, including property maintenance responsibilities and policies, will be outlined in the full lease agreement. Tours are by appointment only. A completed application must be submitted prior to scheduling a showing. Only applicants who meet the preliminary qualification requirements will be invited to tour the property.
