Just a note that this property might be open earlier than June 1. Let me know if that is of interest to you. This house in La Madera neighborhood. It's a quiet, neighborly area where many of the homeowners walk and walk their dogs. There is another rental (guest house) on the property. It is separate with separate entries and parking area. Dogs are welcome however, barking dogs are not an option, obnoxiously loud music won't fly either. There is absolutely no smoking cigarettes or cigars in or outside of this property. This house is surrounded by home owners that care very much who their neighbors are. Tucson BLV and Glenn. There is a $175 cleaning fee.
