There is absolutely nothing like it! Two stories, cedar sauna, full-size spacious kitchen, and incredible decks with sweeping views that look at Gasworks Park and South Lake Union. This is only one of three homes on the lake that was built over the water like this. It is a 3500sf open layout home that was built in 1975. It has fun architecture and beautiful details that everyone falls in love with. The house is walking distance to Fremont - A very cool neighborhood with bars, restaurants, and groceries. Very easy transit options, bike friendly, and free limited parking is available on site. The marina and home are FOR SALE so come stay while you can! Your stay will include weekly cleaning.
