The unit features a large open layout combining the living room, dining room, and kitchen, perfect for group gatherings. The living room offers comfortable seating for eight, a warm gas fireplace, mountain views, and a large HDTV. Step out onto the covered deck with outdoor dining for six. The dining room table expands to seat eight, with four additional seats at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, slate tile, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a new refrigerator with filtered water and an ice maker. For your convenience, there is an in-unit washer/dryer. The condo has been updated with new furniture and lighting throughout. It includes two large master suites, each with a king-size bed, HDTV, closet space, and an en suite bathroom featuring an extra-large Jacuzzi tub, oversized walk-in shower, dual sinks, travertine tile, and solid stone countertops. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or single adults, and a full bathroom is located across the hall. All bedrooms have custom blackout curtains and ceiling fans. Paid parking is available in the heated underground parking garage. Additional covered and uncovered parking is available across the street by the clubhouse. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a recommendation to limit the group to 2 vehicles. Trailers are not allowed and require offsite parking arrangements. Discounts are available for lengthy stays. This property boasts an exceptional location in the heart of the Mountain Village, a short, easy, and flat walk from Steamboat Square and the ski resort's base area lifts. You'll find a small grocery, deli, restaurant, liquor, and wine store just about 100 yards away. The slopes and ski school are approximately 200 yards from the condo. The Gondolas, Christie Peak Express lift, ticket office, numerous restaurants, bars, and activities are also nearby. During summer, the base area is ideal for children with Burgess Creek flowing through it, offering splash areas and 'beaches.' The ski area sits on national forest land, providing direct access to hiking and biking trails from your door. The Yampa River Core Trail, connecting to downtown Steamboat and beyond, is also easily accessible. During April 27 to July 1st, 2026, the elevator in Bear Lodge will be undergoing modernization, requiring stairs for access. Rates have been reduced to reflect this. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras exist on the exterior of the property to ensure security and guest honesty regarding property use. If you plan to bring more people than indicated, host a party, or disrespect neighbors, this is not the place for you. The property is strictly non-smoking, and violation of this policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are allowed without prior written approval. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for the costs of additional housekeeping or maintenance services if the home is left in a state of abnormal or excessive disorder. All adults in the rental group must be at least 30 years old, unless they are directly related to an adult in the group who is 30 or older. Groups with any adults younger than 30 must inquire for approval. Triple Crown groups or any group visiting for an athletic event must inquire for approval. This is a pet-free property, and pets and service animals are NOT permitted on the property or premises due to pet allergies. There may be exceptions for service animals with advance written notice and specific approval. Mid-stay cleaning fees may apply for stays longer than one week. The unit has been updated with new furniture and lighting throughout. Discounts are available for lengthy stays.
