The studio comes furnished with utilities included and dog-friendly (sorry no cats).
The studio is located on the same property as my house, we share the back yard and driveway but you have separate entranceway/access therefore lots of privacy. I am a college professor at Cal Poly Pomona and live on the property. Outside of work, I love to travel, hike, bike, ski, swim, enjoy a glass of wine by the fire pit, cook, relax and generally chill out.
