Located on a dead end street by the back entrance of kailua Highschool in enchanted lakes. 2 minute drive to Safeway/Target.… 5 minute drive to Kailua beach. 15 minutes to Kaneohe Marine Base. 15 minutes to the H3. Great public school district (Kaelepulu Elementary). Ample amounts of street parking. Nestled at the base of the mountain with more privacy, no neighbors in front or behind the house. The house is made of concrete (better than double wall construction) making the noise factor minimal. We do not have AC units installed but in the past tenants have installed their own window units.

Top floor is the master bedroom with a full bathroom and double sinks. This room has 2 walk-in closets and a makeup/vanity area. Lots of natural light from surrounding windows and beautiful views of enchanted lakes.
Middle floor has the kitchen, living room, 2 car garage, screened in porch and a walk in closet. This floor has a half bath, washer and dryer connections (wash and dryer NOT included) and a mud room area where the water heater is located.
Bottom floor has a full bathroom with a tub and double sinks as well as a walk-in storage closet located under the stairs. Three bedrooms, one with a built in desk and walk in closet. Two of the rooms connect to a screened in patio that leads to the back yard that is enclosed for privacy.
