Landscape maintenance & snow removal is not tenant responsibility, driveway gets cleared/salted. Rent is due on the 1st of each month via zelle EFT. Upon expiration of original lease, it becomes M2M w/30-day written notification of termination by either party. Unit must be left in broom-clean condition without damage (accounting for normal wear&tear), and all trash must be removed. Upon proper notification, if tenant is still in possession after the 1st then the rent is due for that whole month-no proration.
