New construction luxury eco studio third floor walk up (1 king bed and 2 twin beds in the same open space).… Available November - April (minimum one month). This space is an Airbnb in the other months. Landlord pays all utilities. This space would suit a single quiet person and won't need to cook much. We are looking to find someone that will tread lightly on the space, is not a smoker, won't use perfume/chemical sprays or cleaners and who won't cook meat or fish in the studio (there is no vent in the kitchenette). Induction hot plate and convection toaster oven are the cooking appliances.
The Back Cove neighborhood is coveted by locals. Less than a 10-minute drive to downtown. The building is on a quiet residential street with plentiful free street parking. We, owners, maintain the building. We spent three years designing and building this light filled studio to meet the needs of the most discerning guest. Features comfortable and modern furnishings, organic and down-topped mattress, spacious marble rain shower, deep water soaking tub, heated slate bathroom floors, projector and screen, swivel tv.
