This level also has access to a private 800-square-foot deck with all the custom outdoor furnishings for a perfect for a morning coffee or a magical evening unwind watching incredible New Mexico sunsets with the 100 mile stunning views off the deck.
The second bedroom is on the middle level with a queen-size bed, dresser, nightstand, and closet. Another full bathroom on this floor has a shower-tub combo and single vanity. The heart of the home is also on this level: a bright and open living room with a large sectional couch, wood-burning fireplace, area rug, coffee table, and a dining table that seats six. High ceilings and big passive solar windows bring in lots of natural light. The kitchen has a generous laminate countertop peninsula for extra prep space, tons of cabinets, and all the necessary appliances and utensils.
